How to Convert Animated SWF Files to MP4, MOV, 3GP, AVI, WMV, etc?

After you installed the program, please launch it and follow the steps below to see how to get started.

Add SWF File

Click the "Select File" button to browse and add the desired SWF file. Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop the local SWF file to the program. After importing SWF file, on the right tab in the main interface, it shows the brief information of the added SWF file.

Cropping

This step is optional. Click "Crop" button, you can remove the unwanted outer part of the file, such as the black edges or get a close-up of a subject. You can drag the adjustable frame to resize it to get desirable parts.

Next to the "Crop" tab, there is the "Watermark" tab. To add watermark, check the "Add Watermark" box and select an image from the native folder from "Destination" field. After add a watermark, you can change its transparency from the "Transparency" field. Click "OK" to confirm all changes.

Select Output Format

From the "Profile" filed in the main screen, you can open and view the output formats list. You can find popular video, audio and image formats there. The output formats are categorized by "Format" and "Device". So, when selecting an output format, you can select from "Common Video", "Common Audio", and "HD Video"; or you can choose from a specific application or device column. For example, to convert SWF to iMovie, you can choose the optimized iMovie supported format from the "iMovie" column.

After choosing the output format, if needed, you can adjust the output settings including video resolution, frame rate, bit rate, and audio sample rate, channel, and bit rate. Click the setting icon next to "Profile" drop down list to change the settings.

From "Output" field, you can change the default location to save the output file. Please make sure the location you choose has enough space for the converted file.

Start to Convert SWF to another File Format

Click the conversion icon in the main screen to get into the convert tab. After you click the conversion icon, an "Information" prompt appears. Please read it carefully before you click "OK" to continue. If you don't want it to appear once again, please check "Don't show me this message again" box. After you click "OK", another "Information" appears. Also, please read it carefully. And then click "OK" to move on.

And then you'll come to the conversion tab. Click "Start" button to start conversion. And then the clock starts counting. You can stop the conversion at any time you want. Then you'll get the converted file from the beginning to where you stopped. When conversion completes, it will prompt to ask you whether to finish encoding, click "Yes" button and then another pops up will ask you to open the converted file or not.
