Step 1Run iOrgSoft iPad Video Converter

Download and run the program, you'll find it a clean interface. A "Register" inform pops up once you lauch the program. Just click "Order later" if you haven't purchased the license code. Please read the "Getting Started" guideline before you continue. It'll save you from a lot of trouble.

Note: If you have finished payment, you'll get an order confirmation email which offers license name and license code. Please take good care of it just in case you need to reinstall the program someday in the future.

Step 2Browse and Load Native Files

After you read the "Getting Started" guideline, you should know you can get started by adding local files to the program.

To import the files that you want to convert to iPad, there 2 feasible ways. On one hand, you can click the "Add Files" button to browse and add desired files. On the other hand, you can directly drag and drop the targeted files to the program.

Note: Batch conversion is fine with the program. You are allowed to load multitude files to the program at one time.

Step 3Choose iPad Supported Output Format

When finishing importing native files to the program, you are going to choose iPad compatible output format.

There are 2 ways available to reach the output formats. One is to get it by clicking the format icon that appears next to the loaded file. The other is to get it from the "Profile" option list.

Note: You'll find there is check box of "Apply to all" next to the "Settings" button, If you check the box, you apply the same output format to all your files. If you uncheck the box, it means you are going to choose different output format individually for each file.

MP4, M4V, MOV are supported by iPad. So, you can choose one of them from the "Common Video" column. To make it easier for you to choose a proper otuput format, this program has optimized the output formats by devices. You'll find "Apple Device" category from the output list. Go for "Apple Device" and then you'll find iPad optimized output foramt.

If you are converting files to audio, you can go to the "Common Audio" column to choose iPad supported audio formats such as MP3, AAC, AIFF, WAV.

Note: After choosing the output format, you can move your mouse clickto "Settings" button where you can adjust video frame rate, bit rate, resolution, audio frame rate, sample rate, channels to make your output files better display on iPad.

Step 4Get Specific Segments Converted

Just want to convert parts of the file to playback on iPad, not the whole file? You can achieve it easily using the tool-Trim.

There are three feasible ways to operate the trimming process.
Method One: Play the file and slide the slider on the timeline to set start and end time.
Method Two: Play the file and click the square brackets to fix the start and end time.
Method Three: Go to the "Start Time" and "End Time" slot on the tab and click the up-down arrows to determine the time duration, and then click "OK" button next to it.

Note:
The trimmed files shows on the lower table. If needed, you can freely add/delete trimmed segments by clicking the "+"/"-" button. When you add segments, please pay attention that after you click the "+", you have to go to the list tab to click and higglight the segment you added before you set the start and end time for it.

In addition, you can check the merge file box to join the segments into one.

Step 5Video Editing

If you want to do some editing on the files before conversion. Press "Edit" button to enter editing tab where you can find editing sections including "Crop", "Effect", "3D Effect", "Watermark", "Transition", "Audio" tools available.

Crop-you are allowed to rotate and flip videos while you can cut off the outer part of the file in this tab. In addition, you are able to choose aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3 or original).
Effect-You are allowed to adjust video brightness, contrast and saturation in this section. Moreover, you can add special video effects including "Old Film", "Emboss", and "Gray" to make it more attractive.
3D Effect-Offer optional 3D effects including Red/Blue, Green/Red, and Yellow/Blue. Please choose the effect that matches your 3D glasses.
Watermark-You can add image/text as watermark and adjust the transparency of it.
Transition-You can apply video fade in and fade out effect.
Audio-Adjust audio volume and add audio fade in and fade out effect.

Step 6Get Conversion Started

Whe you are ready with everything, you can start conversion by press the convert icon button lower right corner on the main interface.

From the progress running bar, you can see how far it has processed.If your files are large, it may take a longer while to finish conversion.

Note: Please ensure the location that you save your converted files has enough space for it.
