Getting started
Download and install the Video Editor for Windows (Windows 8 included)and launch it.
Load videos and audio files
In the main panel of the program, you can see the “Video” and “Audio” icons; hit them separately to load videos and audio files.
Remove the original audio in the movie if necessary
Drag the video files to the video column on the timeline below and then hit the “General” button to set audio volume to zero.
Add audios to videos
If you do not want to remove the original audio, you can adjust the volume of the audio track that you are to add to the video: just hit the audio file on the timeline to select it then click the “General” button to set audio track. If you want to cut the audio file, just hit the “scissors” icon to trim it when the audio track is playing, in order to make the length of audio the same as the video, and then to delete the clips you do not want.
Export and save
At last, hit the “Export” button to export the project. Here you can set the output format by clicking the drop-down list of “Profile” and set the output path. Video customization is available here. When finish setting, hit “Next” to start exporting video.
