MPG/MPEG: MPG/MPEG video is a series of video standards defined by the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG).

Add MPG files to the Mac MPG Editing software
After running the program, click "Add Videos" icon or directly drag the MPG files to it. In the same way you can add audio, image to the MPG Editor for Mac.
Edit MPG videos
Drag and drop the videos to the video track on the timeline one by one, and then you can start editing.
1. Basic editing:
You can easily hit the corresponding icon on the main control panel to clip, crop, add special effects to video, add transition to video by dragging the default transition effects to join clips, and set video contrast, brightness, saturation and audio by hitting "General".
2. Advanced editing: Add image, video, audio and text to video
To add image and video to video, you need to drag the added items to the "Overlay" track on the timeline, and them to fix the area and duration in the video by adjusting the pace on the timeline. In the similar way, you can add audio to video. To add text to video, you just need to drag the model in the interface to the Text track and then hit "General" to input texts.
Output MPG Video
At last, hit "Export" to output .MPG file. You can save the generate file (this MPG Editor Mac will join all files and output as a whole one) as other common formats such as MP4, MOV, WMV, etc. After setting output format and path, you can customize the file or not, then click "Next" to output the file.
