Import Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX7V video to computer
"I just recently purchased the new sony cyber shot dsc-hx7v and its really amazing but I can’t seem to import the videos I took with it onto my Mac. I can usually just plug in the cable and iPhoto or iMovie just pops up and can select the videos/photos that I want to import but when I plug this camera in it only shows the photos that were taken with it. (none of the videos show) Even if I open up the folder on my computer and find the movie files (or what I think are the movie files) I still can’t open it up since there’s no application that can be used to open it. The file extensions of these files are either .CPI or .MTS. I’m not sure if its because its an HD video or anything but I have a separate HD video camera that imports through iMovie just fine. Please help!" ------Yahoo Answers
