Convert/transcode panasonic p2 camera .mxf files to HD AVI/WMV/MP4/MOV

You've got an issue converting some files shot with a Panasonic P2 camera to hd avis. They're all saved to .MXF format on disk. Is there any PC-based stand alone app that allows to either view them or convert them to AVI or MOV? At the moment the only option is to use the iOrgSoft MXF Converter.

Question1:
I own a Panasonic P2HD cam and the trouble is that I now should convert all these clip (MXF-format) in AVI-clips to deliver to the TV station.

Question2:
What will convert my MXF files?

I just bought an HD P2 Panasonic camera and I'm having trouble getting my files converted to something usable. The files are MXF and no programs I know recognize that. So is there a converter or a program I need to make this better? Thanks.

Question 3:
I have a Panasonic AG-HVX200 and have been shooting DVCPROHD onto P2 cards. For ease of use, I'm considering converting the original MXF files into DVCPROHD AVI files. Does anyone know if there is a quality loss in this conversion?
