App Review-Twitter for iPad
Newly launched Twitter for iPad is technically an update to the existing Twitter application that provides universal capabilities. It does things just as uniquely as its sister apps on the iPhone and Mac.
However, from my point of view, the new Twitter for iPad has its own unique features.
First, it comes with the moveable panes. The interface is divided into moveable panes, therefore, you are able to swipe to move between a list of messages, individual tweets or any linked content (web pages, photos, video, etc) from a tweet. It’s really a cool and easy way to quickly move through your tweets on your iPad.
Then comes with the embedded website loading. In the past, you had to jump out of your application, click on a website link within a tweet and open the website in app as an overlay. Now instead of that, the original tweet remains visible, along with the typical Twitter tools (reply, star, retweet), above the website.
The third feature that Twitter on the iPad has going for is its Gestures. Twitter for iPad supports several new innovative gestures which enables you to move around faster inside the app. You can view the entire conversation associated with a tweet by placing two fingers on it and dragging down. If you want to get more information on a tweet such as the user’s profile details, simply pinch to zoom on the tweet and the user’s profile along with shortcuts to reply or retweet are just a tap away.
What’s more, Twitter for iPad works great in either landscape or portrait mode and is available for free from the Apple App Store.
Because of the above features of the new Twitter, I consider it as something every iPad owner should check out.
But if you just want to enjoy more movies on your iPad, maybe the professional video to iPad converter will help you. As it’s capable of converting all popular formats for your iPad.
